Display Booth Information

The Western Section of the IAEI is holding their Annual Meeting on September 17-20, 2017 at Younes Conference Center in Kearney, Nebraska. An estimated 400 delegates representing the electrical industry from more than 20 states will attend. This meeting will feature several two hour presentations designed to further knowledge in the National Electrical Code and Electrical Theory. Presentations will be designed to aid the experienced electrician and inspector as well as those inspectors and electricians new to the industry. The always popular Code Panels will also be assembled for answering your questions.

The Western Section and Nebraska Chapter invite you to display your products and technology applicable to the National Electrical Code and/or Electrical Industry. The exhibits will be located as shown on the attached booth layout. Each draped booth will be 8’x 10’ and include an 8 foot table, 2 chairs and exhibitor sign. Coffee/soda breaks will be served in the booth areas.

(Includes one complimentary meeting registration – a $295.00 value)
$850.00.      For a 120 volt outlet, add $25.00

Booth Set-up……………………………..12 PM – 2 PM

Registration and Visit Displays……………….2 PM – 5 PM

Monday-Tuesday, September 18-19, 2017

Visit Displays….7AM – 8:00AM and during AM, lunch and Monday PM breaks

Breakdown Booths – After Tuesday lunch.

Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis according to the date the enclosed signed contract and check are received. Please list at least 3 alternate booth selections on the contract. Upon receipt of your signed contract and payment, we will return a copy advising you of your booth number as well as exhibitor information. NOTE: There is a limit of 36 booths available so respond early!

In addition, we would appreciate your advertising in our annual meeting program and/or sponsoring a coffee/soda break. You may do so by completing and returning the attached Program Ad and Coffee Break Sponsor Form.  Sponsor Form
