The Companions Program Information

The tentative companion program for the first day is to visit the downtown area where they can do a sculpture walk and shop in in approximately  25 unique stores. There will be a tour of the old State theater that is in the final stages of a complete renovation. Lunch will be served at the Falls landing that is located by the falls where time can be spent at the falls and the agricultural center.  In the afternoon the companions will move to 8th Street and the railroad area which consist of additional shopping and a visit to the Microbreweries and wine shops. Tuesday tentatively activities will be at the hotel or a tour the cathedral, which just completed a 30 million dollar renovation. Wednesday will be the traditional get together for breakfast with a guest speaker. This is where the companions, in lieu of, the traditional gift exchange have chosen to make a freewill donation to a local charity. The donation will be matched by the Western Section IAEI up to $1000.
